Ugly sticker on 98 Avalon visors

Is there any way to get the super ugly warning stickers off the visors of
this car? They really screw up the look of the inside of the car. Do new
Lexi have these too?

I appreciate the advice but they are god-awful ugly. They talk about the
evils of air bags and kids (all ours are grown). The stickers are bilangue
(eng, french). And all this info is in the owners manual and various other
places.

Parts guy at T dealer says if you try to remove them it will trash the
fabric.

Any advice or pointers to aftermarket visors or folks who can fix this would
be appreciated.

PS: Hey, why not have more ugly stickers all over the inside of the car
warning of drunk driving and hitting obstacles and tailgating and not
shifting into reverse while going forward and driving in blinding blizzards
and not turning the wheel to fast and not hanging your arm out the window,
etc.

Hey, take it up with your government, these are all required because
some people dont know that putting small childeren in the front is a
deadly combination with air bags, so big brother, figuring all of us are
stupid (in reality, it’s only a small chunk that is)
    required this…

PS, as for those other ideas, careful, you’ll get them going again, you
see what they are doing with this "El Nino" stuff, not a day goes by
without it, it is a natural reoccurance and has been going on long
before "green house gases" which include Carbon Dioxide. Did you know,
thats what you breathe out??? Did you know an engine that produces
little to no carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons will produce almost all
    water and carbon dioxide.

I agree. It does not look like there is any way around this. Maybe ordering new
    visors for a 97.

How tough is it to remove the visors? Are 97 cloth colors the same? Maybe
ordering the cloth and taking it to an upholstery shop…

For anyone curious about why this is a big deal, the stickers make the car
look like a taxicab from the inside!

Hey, you’ve got it good!  On my 97 Camry, which I bought used, not only is
the ugly warning label there, the genius who owned the car before me decided
to try and peel it off, then realized that really can’t be done.  So, I’ve
got a half warning — really looks nasty.  Love to find a solution but none
    so far.

I’ve got a late model 1997 with the stupid stickers.  The car has
black leather interior and the sickly yellow sticker stands out like a
sore thumb.  Here you pay almost $ 30 G for a car and the visor looks
like something on a public bus.  How about we task the Toyota people
who monitor this group to give us a solution?

I have found that Windex dissolves many adhesives.  Also a hair dryer
(and a really long extension cord) can melt glue temporarily to remove
stickers.  Alcohol does not seem to work as well and can damage ANYTHINg
as with acetone but for glass the acetone is often good if used carefully.

Ether will melt about any glue but is so extremely flammable (inflammable
is the correct term actually but is often confused with non-flammable)
and dissolves so many finish items you could melt the whole interior.

You can get a razor blade scraper at Western Auto for 99 cents that
    assists in carefully peeling edges.

Be very careful and use good light whatever you do and of course no
smoking nor electrical activity until the solvent fumes dissipate
please for safety.  Wear gloves if you have sensitive skin, vent the
interior and brush your teeth :)

: This may sound like a lame suggestion but it’s not… very thoroughly
: clean, tighten, and check the heavy connections to your car’s battery,
