Toyota Innova Crysta Spotted Again Ahead of Launch

It has been barely a week since the Toyota Innova Crysta’s spy shots surfaced online, and the car has again been spotted sans camouflage, and this time in Karnataka. First unveiled at the Auto Expo 2016, the new Innova Crysta will be a more premium replacement the older generation Innova in India. The new Innova is expected to be launched in India later this month and considering the fact that the older generation model has recently went out of production in India, this frequent appearance could ne an indication that the Toyota will launch the popular MPV sooner than we think.

The models that we saw before came without number plates, while this time the car comes barring temporary number plate of Karnataka registration. Also the models that we saw before were in Silver and Black hues, whereas recently spotted Innova Crysta is comes in purple body colour option, similar to the one showcased at the Auto Expo.

Considering the new premium nature of the MPV, the Innova Crysta technically has no competition in the Indian market. That said, as far as the complete segment is considered, the new Innova will compete with the likes of Honda Mobilio, Maruti Suzuki Ertiga and the upcoming MPV from Hyundai.
