The all-new 2018 Toyota Camry will make its debut at the 2017 Detroit Auto Show.
The Japanese automaker confirmed the news earlier today, releasing the above teaser image that gives a glimpse at the next-generation Toyota Camry’s rear end. In September, a photo appeared online of the new NASCAR Camry race car that potentially gave us a preview of what the sedan will look like. And based on the above teaser image, it does appear that Toyota isn’t shying away from a more aggressively designed Camry for its next iteration.
What we do know is that the new Camry will ride on Toyota’s modular TNGA platform, so you can expect weight savings compared to the current model as well as a hybrid version. Expect the model to grow a bit larger in size and be packed with the latest advanced safety features from Toyota including automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control and lane-keep assist.
