The new Toyota Fortuner has been snapped with no camouflage in Thailand, prior do an official premiere later this year.
The Japanese SUV features an upscale design with a massive chromed radiator grille and sweptback projector headlights. Influenced by the new Hilux that was revealed earlier this year, the machine is going to be offered in select Asian markets, probably going on sale by the end of the year.
Nothing is still confirmed, but most likely the 2016 Fortuner will be available with 2.8-liter and 2.4-liter diesel engines, identical to the ones in the Hilux. The first one produces 177 bhp (132 kW) and 332 lb-ft (450 Nm), while the smaller unit has 160 bhp (119 kW) and 295 lb-ft (400 Nm).
