I’ve got an ’89 Corolla, and my mom locked the trunk, and we can’t get it
open. It’s been a while since I utilized that function, and I can’t remember
how to get the trunk unlocked. The lock is not in a vertical position, it’s
in a horizontal position.
Any solution would be very helpful.
Please e-mail me if you’ve got the response to this lock question.
Thanks,
Jim

That just locks out the release, you’ll have to use the key, if it
doesnt work, fold down the rear seats if it has that option, in not,
